Warmdor
Warmseal has always had a reputation for providing innovative, high quality products and a first class service to its customers. However, the company achieved a new level of excellence with the introduction of the technologically advanced Warmdor composite door range.
The Warmdor range is the result of in-depth market research into other composite door options, which revealed a need for a door with a higher security specification and enhanced weather performance. Working together with its long-standing system supplier WHS Halo, and the leading door panel manufacturer Hallmark, Warmseal has produced a high performance composite door range that leaves other composite doors 'out in the cold'.
Warmdor has easily passed the PAS023 and PAS024 British Standards for weather performance and security, and the range has also been approved under the police Secured by Design initiative.
Warmdor actually looks and feels like wood. The door features embossed acid etched thermoplastics skins that replicates the grain of timber. Meanwhile the skins are bonded to a fully-reinforced twin rebated 66mm thick PVCu door sash, which is 50% thicker than most other composite doors and ensures weather performance of the highest quality.
Warmdor also has a solid core of envirofoam (which is H.F.C and C.F.C free), with a density circa 80K/M3. This offers a solid and robust installation that is high enough to offer a U value of 0.3 or, in simpler terms, 9 times the insulation value of a timber door.
The Warmdor range comes in a range of colours and styles to suit any building.
