North Tyneside Council have been in a supply chain partnership with Warmseal Windows (Newcastle) Limited since May 2001. In that time they have proved to provide a professional, continuous and proactive service covering all requirements. Warmseal have continued to develop their systems, infrastructure and product to meet our needs. Listed below are a few systems that we have worked in conjunction to develop:
1. Concise administrative database of all PVCu installations/supplies
2. Concise manifacturing database
3. Practical and theoretical training
4. CPD Seminars
The original partnership agreement was for 3 years and due to the high level of service given the agreement was extended by a further 2 years.
Concluding, Warmseal have developed and expanded its operation in the 4-5 years we have worked in partnership continuously improving to accommodate the needs of their Customers, North Tyneside Council would be delighted to recommend Warmseal to any prospective new customers.
