Services
Naturally recognised for the high quality of all of its manufactured products, Warmseal services extend to cover all of the demands and requirements of the Public Sector.
Surveying
Warmseal have a team of eight surveyors that are available to carry out the measurement of schemes large and small, co-ordinated by either the client or Warmseal’s administration function. All senior surveyors are members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Installation
Warmseal uses the services of up to 40 subcontracted fitting teams, depending upon the project size. Regardless of experience, each team undergoes induction and training to ensure that they are competent, and able to fit to the exacting procedures detailed in Warmseal’s own Installation Guide. This ensures continuity of fit quality, and reduces the need for post fit remedial work. All of the fitting teams engaged by Warmseal hold CSCS cards. Warmseal is also able to call on the fitting services of a network of fabrication companies and their experienced installation teams located throughout the UK to supplement the installation service.
Warmseal have also worked in partnership with several other third part Installation companies.
Training
Warmseal are able to provide training courses tailored to meet the requirements of the Public Sector client and their construction workforce. The courses cover Manual handling, Health and Safety, and Installation of Warmseal Products and several clients have used the training service to their benefit. The courses can be held at the client’s premises, or at Warmseal.
A project to establish a Centre of Excellence is currently underway, and due for completion at the end of 2006. This will enable Warmseal to provide a large portfolio of appropriate courses to clients, addressing the recognised skills shortfall within the construction industry.
The Centre of Excellence will also be used to offer schemes to the unemployed and school leavers, working in conjunction with local education authorities and Job Centres
