Originally founded in 1987 as a small showroom in the West End of Newcastle, Warmseal has grown to become a nationally acclaimed presence in the industry, operating from seven factory units over two sites located at Westway Industrial Park, Throckley, six miles west of Newcastle upon Tyne. The entire Warmseal site covers an area of 6 acres with over 130 employees, and uses the services of up to 45 sub-contracted fitting teams.

Such is the growth of Warmseal’s Public Sector portfolio, a dedicated Commercial Division has been established, covering all aspects of Administration, Survey, Fitting, After Sales Service, and Training, with a showroom and demonstration facility.

Alongside the Commercial operation, Warmseal has thriving Retail and Trade divisions.
